  • One pound dried spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup parsley (finely chopped)

Ingredients:
  • ½ pound chicken tenderloins (trimmed and sliced)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 to 8 medium tomatoes (cut in fours)
  • 4 to 6 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 ounces spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Directions:
  1. Bring 6 cups of salt water to boil. Add the pasta and cook for around 6-8 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  2. Take some butter and oil and heat them for around 30 seconds. Add the chopped onion and fry until they turn translucent. Now add the garlic cloves and fry for 1 more minute.
  3. Now add the chicken and fry for a 2 more minutes. Cook until the chicken has lost its raw pink colour.
  4. Add the lemon juice, stirring it well and add the tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Take the pasta off the heat and cover it immediately.
  6. Now add the drained pasta to the chicken and toss well so that they mix.

3. Garlic Shrimp Pasta:


Ingredients:
  • One pound medium shrimp (deveined)
  • One pound spaghetti
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 minced garlic cloves
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
  1. Bring 6 cups of salt water to boil. Add the pasta and cook for around 6-8 minutes. Drain the pasta, saving around 2 cups of the water for the sauce.
  2. Wash the deveined and remove the tails of the shrimp.
  3. Add some butter to an open pan.
  4. As the butter melts, add the shrimp.
  5. As the shrimp begins to turn pink, add the garlic cloves.
  6. Shallow fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Add some pasta to a skillet. Sprinkle the basil and oregano. Add some pasta water.
  8. Add the contents of the pan to the skillet and toss it around until it’s well mixed.

4. Garlic Oil Sautéed Pasta With Broccoli:


Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 smashed garlic cloves
  • ¼ of thinly sliced broccoli florets
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic cloves and red pepper and shallow fry until the garlic begins to turn brown. Now remove the garlic from the pan.
  2. Add the broccoli to the garlic-infused olive oil.
  3. Toss the florets around until they are coated with oil. Season the florets with salt and freshly ground pepper and shallow fry until they become a bit soft.
  4. Now, turn up the heat and add some red wine vinegar and a few teaspoons of water if needed.
  5. Now add the pasta and coat it with the oil.

  • 3 teaspoons lemon zest
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • Basil leaves
  • 2 large minced garlic cloves
  • ½ cup sliced olives
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
  1. Add the lemon zest, olive oil, garlic cloves, tomatoes, olives and the lemon juice to a bowl.
  2. Boil the pasta in salt water.
  3. Add the pasta to the bowl and toss it around, and add the basil and parmesan cheese if needed.
